Egracons at the Crue-ICT Meeting in Salamanca
The EGRACONS Project was presented at the Spanish Rectors’ Conference’s annual ICT meeting (CRUE-TIC) that took place at the University of Salamanca, Spain between 25-26 October 2012. Vicente Matellán, an ICT expert from the University of Leon who is involved in the development of the EGRACONS online conversion tool, presented the initiative during the first morning session, a roundtable discussion on ICT services.
The 2 day meeting assembled over 100 national experts in the field including rectors, vice-rectors for ICT and directors of university ITC services to discuss trends and the future of ICT in the Higher Education environment. The event was an excellent platform to introduce the EGRACONS project at a national level and exchange views on the complex process of grade conversion in Europe.
