Using the tool

This 7-minute video introduces to the use of EGRACONS.

Roles

EGRACONS users have different roles:

• Converter: allows to convert grades
• Uploader: allows to convert grades and upload the grading table
• Local Administrator: in addition to the above, allows to manage the institution's users accounts (accept new users, attribute roles, etc.)

Grade conversion

The tool allows to convert:

• single grades (see video)
• full transcripts (see video).

Updating the grading tables

After the approval of the first grading table submitted to EGRACONS, it is possible to upload new grading tables by yourself by uploading it via the tool. See here how to proceed.
